Jaye was very  honest on letting us know our system is working fine. We did a test on our water softner system and saw it had high levels of alkaline. We asked Jaye if there is any equipment to bring down alkaline levels but he advised the water in SD is naturally heavy on the  alkaline side. Appreciate the honesty! read less...

Jaye was knowledgeable about what kind of system to install and what local water conditions required. I got quotes from a few other companies and the price All Cities quoted me was competitive. Jaye wasn't pushy about selling any add-ons/extras.

Turnaround time on everything (estimate appointment, quote, installation appointment) was quick. They were able to schedule installation a day after sending me the quote.

Eddy installed the system in a few hours and the workmanship was good. The system is working well so far.

I would recommend All Cities to others. read less...
