Jaye is my water guru. He has spent a lot of time advising me when issues arise. I learn something new from him with each conversation. On his recent visit he pointed out that it was important to get a wifi module for our tankless water heater so that we can turn off the continuous pump. When the water softener is going through the cleaning phase there is no softened water going into the water heater, only hard water. This means there is more potential for corrosive buildup of hard water deposits in the heater during this time. So to ensure the longevity of the water heater this means descaling more often along with the added cost associated with doing that. Thanks Jaye!

It all started with a call with Jaye. He answered all my questions and won me over with his straight shooter insight and the fact that their whole home system uses salt for a good reason...there's no better way to reduce hardness with our San Diego water. Then to add, they have charcoal filter built into the system to help reduce Chlorine and chloramine, I was sold. Very reasonable pricing and matched a competitor. Edie did a thorough job installing the unit cleanly and when I discovered a leak post installation, Jesus came out and found it was with my PRV regulator, which I addressed separately. Now everything is working great! I just wish I would have done this sooner! Can't wait to have them add a reverse osmosis system next when we're ready!

We are beyond pleased with our Charger Pro 1054 whole house water system (filter and softener) purchased and installed by All Cities Water Treatment. From our first conversation with Jaye to the installation by Eddie, the process was quick and straightforward. Trust me when I say that you will not find a better system to combat the hard water we battle in San Diego. Our water is supplied by the Vallecitos Water Distrct. The TDS from our kitchen sink without filtration is around 500. After the initial flushing of the whole house system, the TDS from the kitchen tap dropped to 302. We go a step further and have an RO system for our drinking water which drops it down to 15. The softener component of this system is wonderful too. Less shampoo, soap, laundry detergent and fabric softener needed. I wish we would have done this years ago! Excellent return on our investment. Thank you Jaye and Eddie.

All Cities Water Treatment was very helpful in suggesting a water filtration system that removed contaminants and fluoride for an under sink set up. They were accommodating when I had to reschedule. Jesus did a quick install and provided me details on the tank, filters, shut off valves, and flushing tactics.
