Jaye wins the good samaritan award for helping me diagnose black oily water coming out of my cold and hot kitchen sink.  I described my problem and he said that... read more this was more of a plumber issue, but he said that I should check the copper pipes that connect the water heater to the plumbing, where there are rubber o ring gaskets.  Sure enough, corroded and disintegrating like nothing I have ever seen.  Jaye saved me unknown amounts of money trying to troubleshoot with a plumber.  If I ever need water treatment this is the place I will go.

  After reading all the glowing reviews on Yelp, and wanting to choose a company that specialized in water purification, not a general plumber that installed packaged systems as a side... read more line, I called All Cities Water Treatment.  Marvin came out (right on time) and installed a Matrix-X reverse-osmosis system under my sink.  His installation was extremely neat and well-done, and saved me a lot of space under my kitchen sink where I store cleaning products.  I'm extremely pleased with Marvin's dedication to quality work and the fact that he's a very likable guy.  He told me that he's been doing this for over 40 years, and it shows.  A real pro.

I asked a few questions, and again Jaye replied quickly. I ended up not hiring them (because I decided that I'd just DIY again - new WiFi system is now up & running) and I told Jaye that I wouldn't be using them. He replied promptly, and wished me the best. So, I can't comment on their workmanship, but they get a definite 5 stars for being responsive, friendly, and helpful.
